Xylitol extract is of excellent quality and suits any diet. It effectively reduces table sugar in my meals. One spoon is equivalent to two of regular sugar, providing sweetness without calories or affecting blood sugar levels. Although a bit pricey, I will purchase this sweetener again, as it is safer than artificial options due to its low glycemic index.

Excellent sugar! After trying various alternative sugars, this one is the best for tea. There’s no bitterness, and it tastes just like regular sugar. With nearly half the calories and a lower glycemic index than regular sugar, it minimally raises blood sugar. The quality is excellent, containing only xylitol. Though it requires adding more regular sugar, I plan to purchase it again frequently.
